FamilyChoice Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy with an extensive inventory of over the counter and prescription medications. We are conveniently accessible and have introduced a Drive-Thru prescription collection service to ensure the needs of our patrons on the go.

Our over-the-counter products include a diverse range of globally sourced, credible, well-known brands of body care, hair care, baby care, and elderly care products. We have a dedicated team ready to assist if you have questions or concerns during your next visit.

Get your next Prescription with ease!

You can now order your prescription online and collect in-store or pick it up conveniently at our Drive-Thru. The process is straightforward. Here is our Step-by-Step Guide:

In-House Prescriptions

All in-house prescriptions are paperless and are automatically sent to FamilyChoice Pharmacy at the end of your consultation. Here are the steps you take to collect your in-house prescription.

Visit our FamilyChoice Pharmacy drive-thru after your consultation and press the red button.
Inform the pharmacy assistant that you have a prescription from our doctor and give them your National Health Insurance card or another form of ID to confirm your identity.
Your prescription request will be processed shortly, which is done while you are there.
Once ready, you can pay and collect.

External Prescriptions

If you have an external prescription, the process is very simple. Your prescription will be considered external if it is from a doctor or medical facility outside of FamilyCare.

Here are the steps to take:

Send a picture or PDF copy of your prescription to info@familychoicepharmacy.com
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your e-copy of your prescription.
Once your prescription is processed, we will send a follow-up email to confirm your prescription is ready for collection.
Drive to our drive-thru window, press the red button, and present them with your National Health Insurance card or another form of ID to confirm your identity.
Complete the payment and collect your prescription.

Refilling Prescriptions

We encourage patients to call in advance to minimize waiting time. Please call ahead, 941-5202 or send an email at info@familychoicepharmacy.com
You will be notified via call once the medication is ready for pickup.
For payment and collection, go directly to the drive-thru window and push the button to speak to any of the pharmacy personnel.
